Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds, Helixum Labs maintains a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Helixum Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

Because these products are sensitive research materials:

  • All sales are final once shipped, unless otherwise stated below.

  • We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

  • The product is missing from the order

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void eligibility.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Misuse or use outside of laboratory research purposes

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or weather

  • Orders returned without authorization

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Helixum Labs may result in:

  • Denial of the dispute with supporting documentation

  • Account suspension or refusal of future orders

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
