All products sold by Helixum Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

You agree that:

Helixum Labs makes no representations regarding suitability for any purpose outside laboratory research.

5. No Medical or Usage Guidance

Helixum Labs does not provide:

  • Dosing information

  • Administration guidance

  • Medical advice

  • Usage recommendations

Any such inquiries will be declined.

6. Product Information & Testing

Products are provided with labeling and, where applicable, third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions or documentation are error-free.

7. Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue products at any time

  • Orders may be refused or canceled at our discretion

  • Payment must be completed before shipment

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment. Helixum Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • No returns on opened or used products

  • Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Helixum Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helixum Labs from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or unlawful use of products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
